My most recent letter to congress (Elena Kagan: Go back to school!)

Picking a Supreme Court judge should be about finding someone who values the Constitution above the opportunity to re-write it more to their liking.

Elena Kagan, with zero experience as a judge, has spent her professional career working for judges who embrace judicial activism, law schools that indoctrinate it, and presidents who enable it.She is a teacher and an administrator with no real world knowledge or understanding of the law or the constitution it upholds beyond acting as a sycophant to destroy it in order look good in the eyes of her peers. She has also demonstrated hostility to traditional marriage, support for abortion and a pro-socialist views that she does not hide.

Please vote no on her confirmation.
